Mrs. Bonnell's 2nd grade Donuts With Grownups!
Thanks to the HES PTO for organizing/sponsoring our first "Donuts with Grown-ups!" We had an AMAZING turnout & appreciate all the grown-ups that took time to join us (& braved the parking 😬). Donuts were aplenty & were enjoyed all around!

We did it! I am so proud of the 8th graders, they represented HHS very well today, both academically and in conduct. The top four teams from our regional contest are:
*White Castle: Paving the Way for Fast Food
*Paving the Path to Independence: Treaty of Paris as a Turning Point in American History
* Jimi Hendrix: Electric Evolution
*Fencing the Frontier: Barbed Wires Grip on American Agriculture
These four teams plus five more top scorers have the choice to advance on to compete at the state level in April.
HES families, our Title 1 staff needs your input on the annual survey. Please take a few minutes to complete the annual survey and help us make adjustments for next year.
