HES 3rd and 4th graders will present their mini-musical "The Principal and the Pea" on Tuesday, October 29th at 6:30 p.m. in the elementary gym!
Varsity football will travel to Palmyra on Friday Nov 1 for the first round of districts. Kickoff is at 7pm. Admission is $4 adults and $2 students. No passes will be accepted.

Highland had some season bests and some personal all-time bests today. No medals were brought home from the huge meet; there were 30 teams registered with over 140 girls racing and over 180 in the boy’s race. Girls finished in 16th place and Boys finished in 20th. Caedon Brownell (19:03) and Morgan Keith (23:37) were Highland’s top performers today!!
Special thanks to Robert’s Garage for their service and partnership with Lewis County C-1. Troy Roberts and Reggie Gainer received an award for excellence for helping LCC1 score over 90% on state bus inspections for over 30 years running! Mrs. Seals and her 1st graders got a visit from KHQA today to update them on how their Tower Garden was being used in class. The Tower Garden was purchased with money received from the One Classroom At A Time Grant!! And heads up: that wasn’t the only reason KHQA was here today!!
