The LCC1 Groundbreaking Ceremony will be held indoors at the HES cafeteria due to the storms. Still on for 10am!

Construction for the FEMA building project has begun at HES. The Lewis Co. C-1 Board of Education will be holding a brief groundbreaking ceremony tomorrow morning (Wed. 7/30/25) at 10am. All are welcome to attend.

Reminder that the first allowable practice for high school athletics and activities Is August 11. For JH the first allowable practice date is August 18. Starting times for each sports practices will be announced later this week. DEAD WEEK runs from 7/30 - 8/10/25. GO COUGARS!!
Just a reminder that the mandatory summer dead week will start tomorrow 7/30 for Highland. During this time coaches and student athletes should have no contact and the school facilities will be closed to all activity. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their summer! GO COUGARS!

We had a great group of girls come out for our Lady Cougar youth softball camp (28 in all). Unfortunately, due to rescheduling, we had several who missed out on the picture. Thank you to all of the coaches and players who helped put it on. #GoCougars!
