Highland NHS members held a bake sale at Monday nights basketball game against Scotland County. They raised $441.15 to be donated to Sydney Mead who is undergoing cancer treatment.

Reminder there are no JV basketball games tonight at Monroe City. They have been rescheduled to January 28.
Due to a facilities conflict at Monroe City the JV basketball games scheduled for Wednesday, December 18 have been rescheduled for January 28. JV boys will tip off at 6 PM at Monroe City's middle school
gym followed by the JV girls game. The varsity girls will tipoff at 6 PM in the Monroe City high school gym followed by the varsity boys on that same date. GO COUGARS!!
There was a false fire alarm that went off at the High School. Fire Department and System Installer are here to analyze things. The fire dept. Cleared the building for reentry and the alarm system has been reset.
