The HES Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is sponsoring "Donuts with Grown-Ups" during morning arrival on 3/27. Students are encouraged to invite a grown-up to stop by HES for a quick donut. We're looking forward to seeing who pops in!

Miss. Eisenberg's kindergarten class did lots of fun things for St. Patrick's day! They started the day by working together to complete a STEM challenge of using boxes and loose parts to create a trap that the leprechaun wouldn't be able to escape! They did amazing, but the leprechaun was too quick! Later that day, he made a mess of our room and left them a few gifts, and one was a science experiment! They had "leprechaun rocks" l (gold coins covered in a dried baking soda paste) that they had to drop into the magical solution (vinegar) and out came a shiny gold coin! Lastly, they made a pot of gold St. Patrick's snack!

Great work FFA members!
