Cougar Nation - there is a chance the gravel road looping around and connecting the Highland School buildings could become paved as long as the Governor does not line item veto the project from the budget bill. HB 2004, subsection 4.456, has this project included! Parents, school staff members, and community members' letters of support could make the difference. Please consider writing Governor Parson and asking for his support in approving this line item for the safety of our kids and community members. You can send your letter to Tracy.Wallace@house.mo.gov in Representative Greg Sharpe's office or you can contact the Governor directly here: https://bit.ly/3KLH6tp
School internet and phones are down due to storm damage, so a temporary fix will be to call the elementary fax line at 573-209-3370. Please reserve this single line for emergencies only.
