Congratulations to the Marching Highlanders who took 2nd place in Parade overall, Indoor Percussion took 4th place, Indoor Guard took 1st place, 1st in Field Show overall and won the captions for outstanding music & outstanding visual at Wright City!

Highland Jr High Lady Cougars are the Champions of the Kirksville Middle School Softball Tournament!
Their Final game vs Kirksville ended with a walk off line drive by Emma Brinkman with a final score of 3-2. It was an amazing game!

On Wednesday, September 17th, interested 9-12 grade students from LCC-1 attended the Build My Future event in Macon, MO. Highland's group represented the largest student group with more than 90 students in attendance! The students got to spend a day exploring various aspects in construction industry through an interactive showcase. Our hope is that the students gained insight into some of the career paths that might interest them.
