5th and 6th grade quiz bowl teams had a great day today at the Scotland Co. SPRINT tournament. Team A, led by captain John McKenzie, received 3rd place. Team B, led by captain Eli Sparks, received 2nd place. Several students also received All-Conference honors - Bodacious Kindhart, 5th place, and Eli Sparks and John McKenzie tied for 2nd.
February is Career and Technical Education month. Each of our Career and Technical Student Organizations will take a week to celebrate their club. This week we are celebrating FBLA week.
To kick off FBLA week, members are wearing purple in recognition of March of Dimes. FBLA members have been supporting the March of Dimes nationwide since 1970.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the baseball meeting scheduled for Monday at 7:45 AM has been postponed. More information regarding the informational baseball meeting will be distributed tomorrow, Monday, February 3.
