Mr. Post is an experienced educator who says he is “focused on student growth and learning through a continuous pursuit of a student-centered, collaborative, and a positive school culture for all.” He holds Administrative Certification in the state of Missouri, an Education Specialist degree and is currently completing his Doctorate in Educational Administration, both through William Woods University. Mr. Post also completed the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s Missouri’s Leadership Academy training. Mr. Post stated, “I bleed Brown and Gold. I started my educational career here with student teaching and worked my way through the ranks to become a Building Principal. I feel I am poised to take the next step in my journey as an educator and leader and am beyond excited for the opportunity to do so in the Superintendent Elect position at Lewis Co. C-1.”
As Superintendent Elect, Mr. Post will work closely with Superintendent French over the next three years to learn the intricacies of the superintendent’s role. Mr. Post has committed to obtaining his Superintendent certification and to secure his bus driver’s license to also be able to serve as a substitute driver. Mr. Post will begin his new role as the Superintendent Elect on July 1, 2025
The Lewis County C-1 School District is confident that Mr. Post’s dedication, experience, and collaborative spirit will ensure a smooth leadership transition and continued success for the district.
