Welcome to the Highland Junior/Senior High Athletic webpage. Here at Highland we believe that extracurricular activities play a vital role in our student’s education. While we believe that it is important to encourage as many student’s as possible to participate in these extracurricular activities it is important to know that those choosing to participate in these activities will be held to a higher standard of conduct in all aspects of their lives.

Extracurricular activities,especially athletics, shine a spotlight on those choosing to participate and with that spotlight comes extra responsibility. We expect our athletes to compete with the highest degree of sportsmanship as well as recognize that their responsibilities in the classroom come first. While winning is important in Cougar nation there are other things that are just as important. Athletes at Highland are expected to be good citizens at all times and represent themselves, their families and their school with the utmost respect.

This webpage is designed to provide students, parents, and community members with as much information as possible regarding our athletic programs. Included on this web page are links to the student athletic handbook as well as other forms students and parents may need in different situations.
