Transportation Lewis County is very proud of its transportation system. Student safety is our top priority. As a rural system covering most of an entire county, our busses log an astounding number of miles. Bus drivers are continually trained and tested and busses undergo preventive maintenance through a contract with Roberts' Garage. Our busses have repeatedly been recognized for their high level of mechanical safety in the Missouri Highway Department's annual vehicle inspection program.
